Hi, I'm Kristen!

I am your Chief Chaos Coordinator, SOP Guru, and Order Architect.

I'm Kristen Baldwin, the heart behind Eza Business Solutions. I have a strong background in project management, client relations, and business strategy from my time in the corporate world. But my true passion is helping small businesses thrive.

Growing up, I saw my mom struggle with her cosmetology business and my stepdad face hurdles in real estate. Watching them struggle showed me a big problem: lots of talented professionals are great at what they do but need help with running and growing a business.

Determined to help, I left my corporate career to start Eza Business Solutions. I wanted to create a company that truly understands small business struggles and provides the tools and support needed to succeed. My unique perspective and dedication to helping small businesses have been the foundation of our services.

FUN FACT:

Eza is Kristen's daughter's nickname. In case you're confused- it's pronounced Ez-uh!
